Piotr Mikuli jest profesorem Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego, kierownikiem Katedry Prawa Ustrojowego Porównawczego UJ. Puchta, The Hague 2019) oraz licznych artykułów i rozpraw wydanych w kraju i za granicą.
