Szósty tomik z tzw. "serii księżycowe", jednej z najciekawszych serii PIW-u, zawiera poezje Teresy Bogusławskiej (1929-1945), autorki tragicznej i niesłusznie zapomnianej. Córka poety i oficera WP Antoniego Bogusławskiego oraz lekarki Marii Wolszczan, silnie zaangażowała się w pomoc przy powstaniu warszawskim - szycie mundurów, opasek, tworzenie ryngrafów z wizerunkiem Matki Boskiej. Została w bardzo młodym wieku aresztowana przez gestapo i przewieziona na Pawiak, gdzie podczas tortur nabawiła się gruźlicy. Zmarła na zapalenie opon mózgowych, jest pochowana na Powązkach Wojskowych. W 1946 roku Bogusławski wydał w Londynie (pośmiertnie) tom z wierszami córki pt. "Mogiłom i cieniom".
